Here are the list of some useful Greek symbols for basic level students:
α→alpha (अल्फा) θ→theta (थेटा)
μ→ mu (मिउ ) β→ beta (बेटा)
π→ Pi(पाई) φ→ phi (फाई)
γ→ gamma (गामा) λ→ lambda (ल्याम्दा)
δ→ delta(डेल्टा) ∑ / σ → sigma (सिग्मा)
ω → omega(ओमेगा ) ξ→ xi(सी)

Sir if we will write ∑ only it is called sigma or we should write both ∑/σ to tell it is sigma ?
