Exercise on cartesian product

Let A and B are any two non-empty sets, then all the possible ordered pairs in such a way that x∊A and y∊B (First element taken from A and second element taken from B) is called the cartesian product of A and B.

        Symbolically, we write it as AXB. (Read as A cross B)

Mathematically, it can be written as {(x,y), x∊A and y∊B}
